Advancing legal and administrative scholarship through international dialogue, research and publication

The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences (SJAS) is an international learned society established in Bucharest in 2012. Since 2020, it has expanded its international presence through two principal coordination centres in Paris and Calgary. It is dedicated to advancing research, education and academic cooperation in the fields of law and public administration.
From its foundation, SJAS has developed into an international platform connecting academics, researchers, legal practitioners, public officials, doctoral candidates and emerging scholars from different countries, legal systems and intellectual traditions.
Through its conferences, scholarly journals, books and institutional partnerships, the Society promotes rigorous research, comparative perspectives and meaningful dialogue on the legal and administrative challenges shaping contemporary societies. SJAS contributes to the worldwide dissemination of legal research and provides authors from different academic traditions with access to an international scholarly audience.
The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences (SJAS) is listed in the SCImago Journal & Country Rank as the publisher of Juridical Tribune – Review of Comparative and International Law and is registered in of The Research Organization Registry (ROR), where it has a unique persistent identifier.
