This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the 8th International Conference “Contemporary Challenges in Administrative Law from an Interdisciplinary Perspective” that was held on 16 May 2025 online on Zoom. The conference is organized every year by the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences. More information about the conference can be found on the official website: www.alpaconference.ro. The articles included in this volume have been revised using the “double blind” peer review system, respecting international scientific standards.
