AIMS AND SCOPE
Perspectives of Law and Public Administration is an international peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research in the fields of public law, administrative governance, and regulatory frameworks in national, European, and global contexts.
The journal provides a platform for scholarly debate on the legal and institutional transformations affecting public administration systems, regulatory authorities, and governance structures in contemporary societies. It particularly encourages comparative, interdisciplinary, and policy-oriented legal research addressing the evolving relationship between law, institutions, and public decision-making processes.
The journal publishes original research articles, comparative studies, and theoretical contributions addressing, inter alia: administrative law and administrative justice, constitutional and institutional dimensions of public governance, regulatory law and the functioning of independent regulatory authorities, public policy and legal frameworks of governance, digital governance, artificial intelligence and public administration, rule-of-law standards in public institutions, judicial control of administrative action, governance reforms in Central and Eastern Europe and other emerging institutional systems, global governance and the interaction between national legal orders and international regulatory regimes.
The journal welcomes studies focusing on national legal systems where these are placed in a comparative, European, or international analytical framework and contribute to broader academic debates in public law and governance.
FREQUENCY
The journal is published quarterly, in March, June, October and December.
ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)
Authors are required to pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) for each article accepted for publication. Detailed information on the current APC and the applicable conditions is available in the Guidelines for Authors.
JOURNAL HISTORY
The journal was published under the title Perspectives of Business Law from 2012 to 2017 (ISSN 2286-0649). The archive of issues published under the former title is available here.
Since 2018, the journal has been published under its current title, Perspectives of Law and Public Administration (ISSN 2601-7830).
