About this book

This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the Fifteenth International Conference „Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium” that was held on 14 November 2025 in online format on Zoom. The conference was organized by UniSA (University of South Aus-tralia)/Adelaide University, Australia (ranked 151–200 in the ARWU, 2025 edition); the University of Málaga, Spain (ranked 801–900 in the ARWU, 2025 edition); the European Public Law Organization, Greece, together with Danubius International University of Galați, Romania, and the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences. The scientific studies included in this volume are grouped into two chapters: I. The Rule of Law, Artificial Intelligence and Normative Transformation in Contemporary Europe and II. Economic, Fiscal and Labour Law in the European Union: Convergences, Tensions and Normative Regressions.
